The entire work of the institute is based on many years of
professional experience as artists. Experiences gained from
practical problem solving at our studios, in the exhibition business
and from interventions in the public space.
Theoretical foundations of our activity as visual profilers include
objective hermeneutics: a method of case reconstruction first
developed by Ulrich Oevermann at the university of Frankfurt.
Professor Ulrich Oevermann Ph.D. is member of the board of the
institute.
